Why do some products take 7-12 days to ship?

Many of our products such as handle bars, bag guards, engine guards, and exhausts are custom made to order. Every rider and bike has their own fit. To make sure everybody is happy with their parts, we make sure it is the right preference before mailing it out to you.  Here is the ordering process for our custom parts:

  1. Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will contact you (within 42 hours) to confirm the specifications for your part. This is to insure that what the part has the proper measurements to fit your bike. Any changes to your order or specifications must be done in this first step (there is no turning back once you give us the OK).
  2. Production: After we get your approval, we will start the building your part. It usually takes 7-12 days. (production time may be quicker or longer than advertised) We will notify you if there are any delays.
  3. Inspection: We inspect every detail of your product to the highest standards before shipping it out. Your part will not be shipped out unless it is flawless in every aspect.
  4. Shipment: A confirmation email will be emailed to you with the tracking number when your part is packed shipped.

 

How do I get my order status or tracking number?

You should receive an email with a tracking number after package is labeled and shipped.  You can also log into your account and view your orders/tracking number from there.

My package or product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately. As a requirement for the insurance claim process, we will need to collect information regarding the damage package. Take photos of the package and item with all the packing material intact. Leave the package and all its content as is until we gather enough information.
