LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER 

Steady Custom Cycles website (www.steadycustomcycles.com) and the materials contained in the website are provided “AS IT STANDS”. Steady Custom Cycles makes no exemplification or warranty, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained within. You agree that Steady Custom Cycles, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be held accountable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the Steady Garage Cycles website. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images are shown to reference the actual item. Images of the product may appear slightly different in characteristics (colors, size, fitment, etc.) than the actual item. Optional items that are shown may be sold separately. Please review the product description before ordering. If there are still uncertainties, please contact us. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available, please contact us if so.

Some products being sold on steadycustomcycles.com may not be legal for use on the public roads or highway. By purchasing these products, you accept and understand that all risks, safety, and liability from installation, modification, customization, and usage.

ORDER CHANGES

All orders placed with steadycustomcycles.com constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on steadycustomcycles.com and all conditions listed below. All products shall remain the property of steadycustomcycles.com until paid for in full. All orders shipped to a California address must pay state and/or city sales tax as required by California Law. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California address, steadycustomcycles.com will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed and call or e-mail the customer with the due amount.

Although we do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, it may not be available for immediate delivery. Steady Custom Cycles reserve the right (without liability or prior notice) to cancel or revise any product order in event of inventory discrepancy, where the product/s ordered is out of stock or on backorder. In event of this, the customer will be notified and other options will be offered based on our discretion. Steady Custom Cycles reserve the rights to cancel or revise a product order if the price of the product was incorrectly listed due to errors.

SHIPPING POLICY

Products are custom made to the specific year and model of bike based on the information provided by the customer. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Products are manufactured in shop and at times may be kept in stock, however due to high demand the stock inventory is very limited. Tracking information will be provided by email sent through the UPS or USPS website. Please check your spam folder for the email before calling our office to request the tracking information. Invoice/receipt is available upon request after 24 hours of placing the order online. Available shipping options by United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). If package arrives with damages, please take photos of damages on box before opening and of the damaged goods for insurance purposes. Signature required for delivery is standard policy, customer may request not to have signature requirement restriction, however the package will not be replaced if damaged or stolen without the signature upon delivery. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.

Exchanges are only accepted for any of these occurrences:

Item received from order was incorrect or defective item(s). In event of this, original packaging must remain in tack, unused, and undamaged.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date.

All returns/exchanges are subject to approval.

PHOTOS

By using any product photos from Steady Custom Cycles/www.steadycustomcycles.com without written permission, with or without Steady Garage’s watermark; you automatically agree to a licensing fee of $5,000 USD per use/per print.
