Steadycustomcycles.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. Please know that our website is on Shopify.com. Shopify forces companies to agree to their terms and conditions to be able to use their site like any other domain site. Information collected by Shopify is unknown to Steady Custom Cycles. Our company does not profit from collecting your information and does not sell your information. 

 

Customer Accounts

It is encouraged that you create an account on our site if you’d like to keep properly updated on your current orders and if you’d like to be able to view your past orders. You will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This will also help for faster check out. Please know that you are not required to create a PayPal account in order to place the payment. At check out the options to pay will say “PAY WITH PAYPAL” please continue, this will redirect you to PAYPAL and on the screen you will have the option to log in to your PayPal account or PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. This allows you to pay with a card without having to create a PAYPAL Account. This process is used to protect the customer. PAYPAL ensures that we never receive your credit or debit card information, we only receive a confirmation of your payment and the billing and shipping address. If you do not feel safe using this method feel free to call us to place the order over the phone to place a card transaction, please note that we do not save your card information.
