SHIPPING POLICY
Product orders will be shipped within 4 weeks. Production time can take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on if the order is custom or if there are a lot of orders ahead of your order. Remember that once the package is in transit with UPS or USPS, we no longer have control of the package. The information we see on our side is the same you see on your end when looking up the tracking number. Your tracking number will be provided over email and on your account once the order has been packaged and is ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding your package once it's in the possession of UPS or USPS then please contact their customer service line.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. If you would like assistance with your claim please email us photos of the damaged package when it arrives before opening from every angle of the package, photos of the parts in the packaging, photos of the shipping label and photos of the damages. These are requires from the UPS CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. If the package has been stolen, we are unable to offer assistance. Please open a claim with the UPS CLAIM DEPARTMENT.
