The Old School package is for SOFTAILS ONLY

The package includes our SCC Tradition Engine Guard and our SCC Old School Rear Guards. The SCC Old School Rear Guards are intended to be used without bags to give your bike that sleek look. The Old School Guards mimic the classic style of the rear guards on the older springer models. The original Harley brand guards were 7/8" in diameter, making our guards way thicker than the original with stronger mounting. For those who love cruising, these guards are perfect to hold up your 6" speaker pods. The stock engine guards are 1.25" and the big speakers make the engine guard look smaller than it is. With our beefy 1.5" engine guard, you can match your aftermarket handlebars so that the bike looks like it has a nicer flow. You can even add speaker pods to the rear guards so that the back doesn't look empty compared to the front of the bike and to be sure that the whole neighborhood can hear you coming down the street. 

The guards are easy to install however it is recommended to get the parts installed professionally incase that you run into issues like the extended floor boards touching the engine guard or incase you are not sure where to bolt on the rear guards. The rear guard bolts on to the top bolt (the first bolt on the fender that's at the top). The bottom bolt is the passenger foot peg. Order does not include hardware. Our SCC REAR FENDER BOLT KIT does include the bolts for the rear guards in chrome. Look up sku: SCC-REARBOLT

Rear Guards Warranty: All of our Guards are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does NOT cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any parts that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, modified, or damaged during impact (scape the ground, tool marks, accident, etc.).

Disclaimer: Rear Guards are ornamental/dress up products with no special functions. All Guards and Bag Rails are built to fit factory chassis/frame, if there are any modifications or damages done to the chassis, then fitment may not work due to the changes. For lowered motorcycle, such as fender clearance when suspension is compressed and swing arm clearance. Steady Custom Cycles is not liable for any damages caused due to failure of checking clearances. Warranty not valid if parts are not installed by approved SCC Dealer.
