Steady Custom Cycles Arrow (Beach) handlebar is one of the most popular handlebars for classic styling and cruise-ability. The Arrow handlebar features a nice and large (fat) 1-1/2″ size tubing that has been formed and tapered down to 1″ on the grip area. This transition does not have any welding or flat spot around the control areas, which is commonly found on other beach handlebars that is available on the market.

The Steady Custom Cycles Arrow handlebar is unique in comparison to the typical “beach” style bars that are currently available on the market. The curves and lines of the Arrow bars have a nice and smooth transitions between all bends, resembling the unique designs of a traditional recurve bow.  The Arrow starts life as a 1-1/2″ tubing that has been smoothly formed and tapered down 1″, eliminating any awkward joints or “flat spot” on the handlebar; which are commonly found on other handlebars on the market.

Steady Custom Cycle’s complete handlebar line are machined, formed, and finished in the U.S.A, from .120” wall cold roll steel that has been completely TIG welded in every jointed area.  All crucial slots are done for internal wiring, positioning pin for handlebar clamps, and throttle by wire (TBW)! Installation is made simple with our pre-machined features! Like with any SCC handlebars, we could full customize and build a handlebar to your specifications. Handlebars Warranty: All of our handlebars are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does NOT cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any parts that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, modified, or damaged during impact (scrape the ground, tool marks, accident, etc).

NOTE: Steady Custom Cycles recommends upgrading to taller risers that are 4" tall to avoid having clearance issues with the gas tank on the Road King. For 14” and taller bars, we recommend changing any independent (separate risers, commonly on 2009 and below) to solid top clamps on the riser. For any bars over 18”, we recommend changing the risers to beefy solid risers. SCC Handlebars do NOT come with risers or hardware or cables. Custom handlebars are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Custom orders are tailor made for a specific customer’s needs/requests. This applies to custom heights, diameter, and bends. Customer will be advised by manufacturer but will ultimately be made using the customers specifications. Warranty not valid if parts are not installed by approved SCC Dealer.
