SCC BIG SUR BEACH BAR

The Steady Custom Cycles Big Sur handlebar is unique in comparison to the typical “beach” style bars that are currently available on the market. The curves and lines of the Big Sur bars have nice and smooth transitions between all bends, resembling the central coast line of the California map. Named after the infamous “Big Sur”, it’s the perfect name to accompany the large beach bar. The Big Sur starts life as a 1.5″ tubing that has been smoothly formed and tapered down 1″, eliminating any awkward joints or “flat spot” on the handlebar; which are commonly found on other handlebars on the market.

The BIG SUR BEACH BAR has a smooth 3" tall riser to clear from hitting the Road King's gas tank. Eliminating the need to purchase new risers. The Big Sur Beach Bars are compatible with the stock risers and allows clients to able to use the original chrome riser covers. Small adjustments may be needed to install correctly but it does fit. Steady Custom Cycle’s complete handlebar line are machined, formed, and finished in the U.S.A, from .120” wall cold roll steel that has been completely TIG welded in every jointed area.  All crucial slots are done for wiring, positioning pin for handlebar clamps, and throttle by wire (TBW)! Installation is made simple with our pre-machined features! Like with any SCC handlebars, we could full customize and build a handlebar to your specifications. However, not to decrease the width to a 36" or 38". Additional $45.00 free for changing the diameter to a 1.25" thickness. Pre-wire not available. Handlebars Warranty: All of our handlebars are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does NOT cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any parts that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, modified, or damaged during impact (scrape the ground, tool marks, accident, etc).

NOTE: Steady Custom Cycles recommends upgrading to taller risers that are 3" tall to avoid having clearance issues with the gas tank on the Road King. SCC Handlebars do NOT come with risers or hardware or cables (the cables are sold separately). Our preferred riser brand is the LACHOPPERS.  Custom handlebars are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Custom orders are tailor made for a specific customer’s needs/requests. This applies to custom heights, diameter, and bends. Customer will be advised by manufacturer but will ultimately be made using the customers specifications. Warranty not valid if parts are not installed by approved SCC Dealer.
